Hi,

My name is Jianwei Chen. I am orginally from Taishan, China. I moved to the United States in 2008, where I would like to find a better opportunity for my life. I decided to open the Green Leaf Chinese Cuisine Food Cart with a wish to share delicous Chinese food with people in the community. The food cart is family-run. My mom, my uncle, and my aunt are the main cook for the food cart. They developed their dishes from the Southern-style Chinese food to our great Green Leaf menu. I hope everyone enjoy coming to my food cart and hope to see you all there.
